Festival en force is back for its 5th edition! This year, the event will be held at the Centre Expo Terrebonne.

Festival en force will welcome fifty amateur athletes, both men and women. On the program: five unique and spectacular strength events, each more demanding than the last!

New this year, the festival will be affiliated with Force Québec, a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting and developing strongman and strongwoman sports in Quebec.

In addition, a powerlifting competition and a Record Breaker-style strongman competition will be added to the program. The latter will allow athletes to set Quebec records in several events.
